The library provides a wide range of services designed to support undergraduate students’ academic success, intellectual development, and engagement with scholarly inquiry. Central to this mission is access to curated collections that include print and electronic books, scholarly journals, streaming media, and subject-specific databases that align with undergraduate curricula.

Librarians offer instructional services that help students develop critical information literacy skills, including the ability to locate, evaluate, and use information ethically and effectively. These services include course-integrated instruction sessions, research workshops, online tutorials, and individualized research consultations. Instruction is often embedded in first-year experience courses, writing-intensive classes, and discipline-specific courses to support students at key points in their academic progression.

Public service points—both physical and virtual—provide assistance with research questions, citation guidance, and navigating library systems and technologies. Undergraduate students can receive help through in-person service desks, chat reference, email, or appointment-based consultations, ensuring support is available regardless of location or schedule.

The library also supports undergraduate learning by providing inclusive study environments. These include quiet study areas, collaborative workspaces, reservable group study rooms, and access to technology such as computers, loanable laptops, scanners, printers, and multimedia equipment. Extended study hours are offered during peak academic periods to accommodate student needs.

In addition, the library contributes to undergraduate success through programs and services that promote academic integrity, support open educational resources, and provide guidance on data literacy, media literacy, and emerging research tools. Librarians often collaborate with campus partners—to deliver coordinated support for undergraduate learning.
